Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
